NCT Dream Celebrates their 8th Anniversary with a Special Live Broadcast

On August 25, NCT Dream celebrated their 8th anniversary with a special live broadcast entitled “8ESTIE, 7DREAM & NCTzen: NCT DREAM 8th ANNIVERSARY,” streaming across multiple platforms.

From the moment they started, the energy was electric! The six members greeted fans and shared what they had been up to in recent days. They talked about starting their Dream Show 3, performing at Summer Sonic, and working hard to film their music video for one of their B-side tracks. The members also discussed their latest release, “Rains in Heaven”.

The members' chemistry was in full swing, with plenty of laughter and teasing as they interacted with fans' real-time comments during the broadcast. They celebrated with a birthday cake, singing "Happy Birthday" and blowing out the candles. The broadcast was packed with fun, including three segments and a Manito mission that added an extra layer of liveliness to the broadcast.

In the first segment, the members rewrote their 2024 profiles, sharing TMIs with fans. They also opened a friendship diary containing messages from NCTzens, reading some aloud and writing replies to show their gratitude. The second segment, ‘Draw Anything,’ tested how well the members could think alike, with one member guessing a keyword based on the others' drawings. Before moving on to the final segment, the members revealed their manitos one by one.

But one of the most highlighted part of their special broadcast was their last segment, where they opened gifts sent by NCTzens, filled with memories from the past years.

As the broadcast drew to a close, each member gave a heartfelt speech, expressing their gratitude to the fans and sharing their hopes for the future with NCT Dream. The anniversary broadcast was more than just a celebration—it was a reminder of the unbreakable bond between the members and their fans, NCTzens.
