The terms and conditions apply to all users of cnakpop.com(“We”, “Us”, “Our”). CNA operates this site, including the information, tools, and services available to you, the “customer”. Continued use of the site conditions the acceptance of all terms, policies, and notices stated on this site.


    1. Registration

      By signing in, Customers should supply accurate personal data that may be used for the following purposes:

      1. To process, verify, and complete placed orders;
      2. To perform services that require from us;
      3. To update and inform customers occasionally regarding new products and promotions that the customer may want to avail.

    1. Item, Price, and Inclusion

      All items are imported from South Korea, hence, we do our best to provide information based on the supplemented details by the retailers accurately. Some product inclusions may be updated occasionally and may change depending on the released information. We may, at any time, change the price and other specifications of the items.


    1. Orders

      We may, without prior notice, limit the quantities purchased, cancel an order at any time, and refuse service to customers that may be flagged as “suspicious”. Notification of the order status change is through the order history. The placed order may be canceled if the customer has made a mistake or if there are details that need to be changed.


    1. Shipping and Delivery

      Upon placing of order, delivery fees are automatically charged to the customer. The following delivery methods, periods, and conditions are available at your convenience:

      1. Standard Delivery - 3-5 days for NCR, 7-9 days for Visayas, and Mindanao
      2. Same-Day Delivery - valid only for the following:
        1. On Hand Items
        2. Metro Manila Address
        3. Non-COD Payments

    1. Payment

      All prices indicated on the site are in Philippine Peso (Php). Customers may pay the total amount charged in any method provided upon checkout. The following payment methods are available at your convenience:

      1. E-Wallets and Pre-Payment (Credit or Debit Card)
        E-Wallets (Maya, QRPh, GCash), and most major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and AmEx) are accepted. When you pay, you will be redirected to the payment gateway, which shall collect and process your financial information under its terms and policies.
      2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
        For COD transactions, the cash payment will be collected by the courier. The courier service will release the order to you upon acceptance of your payment. COD transactions are limited to Php10,000 total amount of orders only.

      The order will be canceled if the customer fails to make any payment under the selected payment method.


    1. Return or Exchange
      1. Return or Exchange of items are subject to the Return or Exchange Policy.
        1. Return or Exchange is possible under the following conditions:
          1. Return or Exchange is filed within 14 days from the receiving date
          2. Items are in their original condition upon receiving or;
          3. An unboxing video is provided upon opening the package
        2. In addition, the following conditions are not entitled to return or exchange:
          1. Defective items are caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
          2. Change of mind
          3. Item is under factory sale with information on the item page that the item has a defect
      2. The items for return, exchange, or replacement are inspected by an authorized representative in the warehouse. Any initiated return, exchange, or replacement should be coordinated with us.
      3. If the exchange or item for replacement is at a lower price, the customer will settle the excess amount of the price if the replacement item is higher.

    1. Refund Policy

      In any case the order is subject to a refund, the amount will be credited back and may take several days depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase or through our selected banks for COD returns.


  1. Limitations

    We, our affiliates or partners, or our/their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, and agents will not be responsible or liable for any ordinary, direct, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages or other losses or liabilities arising out of:

    1. Customer use of the product;
    2. Courier delay in delivery; and
    3. Breach by independent service providers.
