Refund policy

➊ Precaution for Return or Exchange

All return or exchange requests are subject to a quality check procedure. The following reason for return or exchange may not be processed:

  • If the product damage is caused by the customer;
  • If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the use or consumption of the customer;
  • Minor scratches, dents, spotting, and discoloration caused by manufacturing cannot be the reason for return or exchange. The album's plastic and outbox protect the actual inclusions INSIDE of the album.
  • Only the items with severe damages, defects, or missing inclusions caused by the courier or manufacturer are subject to review for return or exchange.


➋ Return or Exchange Period

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must file a return/exchange within 14 days from the receiving date


➌ Return or Exchange Method

  1. Request for return or exchange through CS;
  2. Provide the video of the unboxing of the parcel, as well as the defect of the item you wish to return;
  3. The CS representative will conduct an investigation, confirm if the return or exchange is possible, and arrange the pick-up of the item;
  4. Once we receive the item returned, the item will be quality-checked and initiate an exchange or refund whichever will be decided.


➍ Return and Exchange fees will be shouldered by us.

If there is malicious intent of return, the item may not be exchanged and no refund or exchange will be made.
