What does “album press” mean?

The album press of the CD album depends on the period when we purchased the album in South Korea.
There are 2 types of album press:

First-Press - these are the albums or merchandise we purchased during its pre-order period or first-time release
Restock - these are the albums or merchandise we repurchase after the pre-order period or first-time release

What does the item “availability” mean?

The album availability is determined as follows:

Pre-order - item is not yet released, is in our KR warehouse, is on board, or is undergoing customs clearance
On Hand - item is in our PH warehouse and ready to be packed and shipped to customers

How long do I have to wait for my pre-ordered items?

The albums and merchandise usually take 3-4 weeks before they get to our PH warehouse. Please note that all items are imported and undergo to Philippines standard customs clearance.

What do pre-order benefits mean?

Pre-order benefits are additional inclusions given to customers if they purchase during the “pre-order period”. These additional inclusions are different per album and can be determined as follows:

First-Press Benefits - exclusive to albums bought during the pre-order period. The first-press benefits vary from posters, photocard sets, etc.
→ album with a separate poster automatically comes with a poster tube free of charge.
Pre-Order Benefits (POB) - exclusively offered by selected stores such as Makestar, WITHMUU, and Weverse Shop. The pre-order benefits vary from photo cards, postcards, stamps, etc.
→ albums with pre-order benefits or any exclusive event from Makestar, WITHMUU, and Weverse Shop may not include first-press benefits.

How can I know if the album I bought is official?

There are several ways to determine if the album you have bought are official, you can check the barcode or the KOMCA sticker at the back of the album. Please note that the KOMCA sticker has gradually changed and improved and may be different from each other depending on the year it was released.

How can I know if the merchandise I bought is authentic?

You can check the back packaging of the merchandise and look for the certification sticker of the agency of each artist.

How do I know if the albums I bought are reflected to Hanteo or Circle Chart?

Album sales of CNA K-Pop are reflected in the sales data of the online retailers (WITHMUU, Makestar, Weverse Shop) where we purchase albums. The reflection of their sales data is transmitted to each chart daily and is no longer under their provision as retailers.

Browse our products, and if you see something you like click “Add to cart” to browse more or “Buy It Now” to order immediately.
Checkout
‣ After selecting the items you want to purchase, proceed to your “Cart” and click “Checkout”.
‣ At the Checkout page, you may review your order summary.
‣ Choose your shipping method.
Input or confirm your Delivery details.
‣ Ensure that all shipping details (Name, Address, Post Code, Contact Number, etc.) are correct to avoid problems with the delivery.
‣ Review the items for your purchase.
‣ Input your coupon or if you want to use your reward points
Payment
Select your Payment Method.
You will be redirected to the payment method you chose
Complete
You will receive an email for order confirmation once we receive your order.
What does my order status mean?

1. Paid - we successfully received your payment
2. Unpaid - no payment was made or the order is under Cash-On-Delivery

What does my fulfillment status mean?

1. Unfulfilled - we received your order and will be processed accordingly
2. Fulfilled - your order has been packed and is ready to be handed over to the courier service.

Where do I receive updates on my order?

You will receive an email if your order is updated to the following:

Confirmed - you successfully placed an order with your chosen delivery and payment method
Fulfilled - your order has been packed and is ready to be handed over to the courier service.
Shipped - your order is already with the shipping provider.
Ready for pickup - your order is already available to be picked up by your chosen same-day delivery service at the pick-up location.
Canceled - your order was canceled due to various reason

How can I track my standard delivery order?

Once you receive the shipping confirmation, the Ninja Van tracking number is provided. You may click the tracking number and you will be redirected to the tracking status.

When will you process my order?

Regular Orders will be processed immediately once your payment has been received and your order status is changed to “Payment Completed”.
Pre-order Album/Merchandise will be processed once the items have arrived at our warehouse. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the album/merchandise is 3-4 weeks after its release date in South Korea.
If your order has both on hand items and pre-order items, your order will be processed once the pre-order items arrived at our warehouse

I made a mistake in ordering, what do I do?

Once your product is ‘fulfilled’ product options and quantity cannot be changed. You may still cancel and re-order the items you want to change if it’s still in ‘unfulfilled’ status.

Payment

Upon placing an order the following payment methods are available:

• Credit/Debit Card
• E-Wallet
• Cash-on-delivery (for Standard Delivery only)

Courier Service: NinjaVan (within serviceable areas)
Shipping Fee: Varies by location and depending on the weight of the item
Delivery Period:
Metro-Manila - 2-3 working days
Provincial - 7-14 working days

‣ The maximum cash-on-delivery limit is ₱10,000 (Ten-thousand pesos) only. Any orders beyond the limit will automatically fall into the standard delivery.
‣ The delivery costs are shouldered by the customer and vary depending on your location and the items inside the order
‣ When you place an order with multiple item availability, the order will be shipped out until all items are available
‣ Orders are processed from Monday to Friday at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
‣ Delivery may be delayed due to the high volume of processed orders and stock availability.
‣ Our partner courier will collect cash-on-delivery payment upon delivery
How long does the shipping take?

For on hand items, the shipping may take 3-7 working days to be delivered depending on your location

I want to change my shipping address

The delivery address can be changed only once through chat. Changes may not be possible if the order fulfillment status is “fulfilled”

I ordered multiple times, can I request to combine the shipping?

If you want to receive your items together, you must add all the items to your cart and settle the payment together. You may cancel your order, add all items to your cart, and re-order.

How can I track my order?

Same-Day Delivery


Same-day delivery is available only under the following conditions:
If the customer successfully pays the order
If the customer's address is within Metro Manila
*Any orders that do not fall under these conditions will fall under standard delivery and may be canceled. Take note that PRE-ORDER items take 3-4 weeks from the release date in South Korea to arrive in our warehouse.

Same-day delivery method
➊ Book your preferred same-day courier until 5:00 PM of the same day
➋ Input the pickup information provided to your email
➌ Indicate your customer name/order number in the rider notes

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Can I still cancel my order?

Yes, you can still request cancelation of your order as long as your order fulfillment status is not “fulfilled” yet.

My order was canceled but the payment was charged to my e-wallet/bank

The refund amount will be credited back and may take several days depending on the payment method used at the time of the purchase
