Billboard Music Awards 2024: K-Pop Stars and Their Chart-Topping Impact

Calling all K-Pop stans! Your faves made it big at the Billboard charts.

Billboard announced this year’s Billboard Music Awards nominees and named the Greatest Pop Stars of the 21st Century. Once again, your favorite K-Pop stars have proven their chart-topping, global impact as they dominate seven different award categories alongside Western artists.

The Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs) is Billboard’s award-giving body recognizing artists’ global performance and impact. The awards do not require fan votes per category, but are instead based on the chart performance of the finalists.

Nine K-Pop stars have been nominated for this year’s BBMAs: Enhypen, Seventeen, Jungkook, Jimin, Stray Kids, ATEEZ, Tomorrow x Together (TXT), ILLIT and Le Sserafim. BTS also ranked number 19 in the list of The Greatest Pop Stars of the 21st Century and is the only K-Pop group among the 25 artists.
