If heaven had a K-Pop section, it would look exactly like D'Festa!

Call me OA but yeah—imagine walking into a space filled with your faves faces', photographs, and their personal artworks. I believe this exhibit is a must-see for every K-Pop fan out there.

Last January 26 (Saturday), we finally got the chance to visit the D'Festa Exhibit at BGC. It is a global immersive K-Pop exhibit presented by Dispatch Korea in celebration of their 10th Anniversary. This exhibit brings PH fans exclusive, up-close content featuring some of the biggest names in K-Pop— BTS, SEVENTEEN, ENHYPEN, STRAY KIDS, NCT DREAM, NCT 127, TXT and TWICE. If you're a fan of any of these group, this is an experience you don't want to miss.

Let me walk you through our little adventure inside the exhibit!

The Thrill of Picking a Photocard

Right at the entrance, you're already in for a mini heart attack! You get to pick a random photocard from any of the featured K-Pop groups. The anticipation is real. Will you pull your bias or any of the prio PC you've been eyeing? The odds may be slim but they're never zero.

As someone with the worst luck when it comes to raffles and draws, I was already mentally preparing myself for disappointment. But, let me tell you—when you least expect it, that's when it happens. Because guess what? I actually pulled one of my faves! It was such a fun (and anxiety-inducing) moment.

Walking Through a K-Pop Wonderland

Stepping inside, the first thing that greets you is a gallery of stunning signed colored portraits of your favorite artists. As you walk through the halls, you can strike a pose beside them for the perfect fan photo-op.

Then, as if that wasn't enough, you're led into a section of monochrome portraits, which, in my opinion, hit differently. There's just something about black-and-white photos that feels so dramatic and artistic.

Just when you think you've seen it all, be prepared to be overwhelmed in the best possible way. After walking through these halls, you enter 'The Memory Room', where a collection of iconic Dispatch photos will have you gasping at every corner! It's overwhelming but, in a good way.

Beyond Photos

The exhibit isn't just about photos. It also features personalized picture diaries, canvas artworks and message boards from our faves. There's even a signed photo wall and actual art materials used by the artists themselves to create their diaries and drawings.

A Virtual Concert Experience

If I had to pick my absolute favorite part of the exhibit, it would definitely be 'The Movie' and I'm sure anyone who has already visited the exhibit would agree with me.

This area of the exhibit features exclusive performance footage from all eight featured artists, and let me tell you, it feels like a real concert. We spent most of our time here because, of course, we had to watch every performance. It was fun to watch and vibe with fellow fans. Too bad we couldn't take photos inside, but honestly? The experience alone is unforgettable.

Be Part of the Show

Stepping outside the area of 'The Movie', you'll find 'The Experience,' a virtual stage where you can literally feel like you're performing alongside your faves.

With massive floor-to-ceiling LED screens, this space creates an immersive 3D concert stage experience. It's a must-try! If you know how to dance, this is your moment—own the stage and have your own fan cam moment!

Leave Your Prints

Before exiting the exhibit, there's a designated area where you can leave heartfelt messages for you faves. Sadly, when we got there, the walls were already packed, but if you search hard enough, you might find a tiny space to squeeze in your note.

This area also serves as the photocard trading zone, so if you're hoping to swap for your bias, don't leave without checking out the PCs of your fellow fans!

Wait—There's More!

Just when you think it's over, there's an entire floor upstairs waiting for you!

In the 4th floor, you will see a special photo zone called 'Be Together' where you can take photos beside your faves' standee cutouts displayed against themed backdrops. There's also benches where you can sit making it look like you're actually hanging out with them!

You will also not leave empty handed! There's a 'Merch Store' area where you can score special and limited edition merchandises. Just a fair warning—it's a bit pricey, so prepare your wallets in advance. Try not to get too tempted!

They also have Artist Pic Photo booth! Because what's a K-Pop event without a selfie with your fave? Unfortunately we didn't get to try it, but if you do, let us know how it was!

Need a break? Visit the D'Festa Cafe! They offer hot and cold beverage for PHP 250, and each comes with a random artist cup sleeve. You can choose your group but the members are random.

The most important question: Is it worth it?

I say YES! Especially if you're a fan of any of these 8 K-Pop groups. This is an experience you shouldn't miss.

Tickets are still available for purchase, bepeus! The exhibit is only until March 19, so if you're still debating whether to go—stop thinking and just book your tickets already!
