Shipping Information

Standard Delivery and Cash On Delivery Service

Courier Service: NinjaVan (within serviceable areas)

Shipping Fee: Varies by location and depending on the weight of the item

Delivery Period: Metro-Manila - 3-5 working days
Delivery Period: Provincial - 7-14 working days

  • The maximum cash-on-delivery limit is ₱10,000 (Ten-thousand pesos) only. Any orders beyond the limit will automatically fall into the standard delivery.
  • The delivery costs are shouldered by the customer and vary depending on your location and the items inside the order.
  • When you place an order with multiple item availability, the order will be shipped out until all items are available.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday at 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to the high volume of processed orders and stock availability.
  • Our partner courier will collect cash-on-delivery payment upon delivery.

 

Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available only under the following conditions:
      - If the items purchased are ON HAND
      - If the customer successfully pays the order
      - If the customer's address is within Metro Manila
  • Any orders that do not fall under these conditions will fall under standard delivery
  • Same-day Delivery Method - customer will book a delivery service at their own expense

  1. Book through your preferred delivery app
  2. Input the pickup information provided
  3. Indicate your customer name/order number in the rider notes


Payment

Upon placing an order the following payment methods may be available depending on the condition of the product:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • E-Wallet
  • Cash-on-delivery *Available Soon*

Cancellation & Refund

The following are subject for cancellation and refund:

  • Customers may cancel an order if it’s still not processed
  • Automatic Order Cancellation may occur for the following reasons:
      > The customer failed to pay for the order within the given timeframe
      > The product goes unavailable before we can secure stocks from the supplier
  • Customer cannot cancel an order if the product is under EVENT
  • In case the item is subject to a refund, the amount will be credited back and may take several days to process, depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
