➊ Albums (CD, DVD, LP, QR)
- The album press of the CD album depends on the period we purchased the album in South Korea:
◦ First Press - during the pre-order period
◦ Restock - after the release date - The album availability is determined as follows:
◦ Pre-Order - items are not yet released, in our KR warehouse, on board, or undergoing customs clearance
→ The counting of the estimated date of album ship out is 1 to 3 weeks from the release date in South Korea.
◦ Onhand - items are in our PH warehouse and are ready to be packed and shipped. - Additional benefits/inclusions are determined as follows:
◦ First-press benefits are exclusive to albums bought during the pre-order or pre-release period. The first-press benefits vary from posters, photocard sets, etc.
→ An album with a separate poster automatically comes with a poster tube.
◦ Pre-order benefits are offered by selected stores such as Makestar, WITHMUU, and Weverse Shop. The pre-order benefits vary from photo cards, postcards, Stamps, etc.
→ Please note that albums with additional pre-order benefits or any exclusive event from Makestar, WITHMUU, and Weverse Shop may not include first-press benefits.
➋ Merchandise (Concert MD, etc.)
- The counting of estimated date of shipping out of merchandise is 3 to 4 weeks from the release date in South Korea.
- Merchandise may get out of stock earlier than the pre-order period.
- The merchandise packaging varies for each kind and may not come with an official ‘seal’. The merchandise’s plastic and outbox protect the actual product inside the packaging. Minor scratches, dents, spotting, and discoloration caused by manufacturing cannot be the reason for return or exchange.
➌ Lightstick Precautions
- The outbox serves as the protection of the actual product inside the packaging. Minor scratches, dents, spotting, and discoloration caused by manufacturing cannot be the reason for return or exchange.
- If the battery is low, the power will automatically turn off. Please replace the battery when using it again.
- The lightstick are operated by three (3) AAA Alkaline Battery (not included in the package).
- Please insert the battery properly according to the indicated pole end. There is a risk of overheat or battery leakage if not inserted properly.
◦ If the battery socket overheats, remove from the lightstick immediately;
◦ Use genuine AAA Alkaline Batteries only (If the battery is not genuine, it may damage the lightstick)
◦ Remove the batteries when not in use to prevent leakage
◦ Do not mix and match the batteries (used/unused, different types, etc.)
➍ Only the items with severe damages, defects, or missing inclusions caused by the manufacturer are subject to review for return or exchange.
➎ Remember to film and provide an unboxing video of your parcel (from the pouch until the opening of the item). An unboxing video is needed for post-processing of the return/refund should the item have any problems.
- All orders are carefully packed with layers of bubble wrap and cardboard (if necessary) and shipped out on time. Once the parcel is successfully handed over to the logistic partner, the delivery period is no longer under our control.
- Logistic mishandling of the parcel during transit to your address is beyond our liability, if there's an apparent mishandling of your parcel (opened pouch, damaged outer box, torn waybill) do not accept the parcel and report to us immediately.
- Items we sell are guaranteed sealed and directly imported from Korea. Any missing, torn, dented, or wedged inclusion enclosed in the case is beyond our liability as this is already considered a manufacturer error.
